Extension Request Filed for 2255 Martin Luther King Project
The development team behind the approved 2255 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue project has filed a 2-year extension request for the project citing delays in project financing and the resulting delay in the construction schedule. The project would include 71 units, 57 of which would be designated affordable. If approved construction must commence no later than November 22, 2022.
