Exterior and interior finishing underway at nearly sold out Telford 180 luxury condos in Allston
The Dellbrook | JKS construction team has completed weatherproofing of Telford 180’s six-story frame and installation of windows, and is now installing exterior finish panels along the facade. Inside the building, drywall has been plastered within Telford 180’s common spaces and 85 condominium residences, and luxurious finishes and appliances are being installed throughout. Opening this Fall, Telford 180 will feature desirable amenities including a rowing room overlooking the Charles River Esplanade, a full gym, a lounge and an outdoor courtyard with grills and a fire pit. Telford 180 is over 94% sold, with just five residences remaining for sale. The following are photographs of Telford 180:
