Exterior Nearing Completion at Ybor City Mixed-use Development
The exterior is nearly complete as construction moves forward at a new mixed-use development in Tampa’s historic Ybor City. Miles Ybor, a new mixed-use development will offer 120 fully furnished micro-units. Additionally, the development includes 20,0000 square feet of retail and office space. The project is slated to be constructed on a vacant lot at the corner of 17th Street and 6th Avenue, the adjacent building at 1705 N. 16th Street will remain intact. The residential units will be fully furnished and will include a washer/dryer. Construction is expected to be complete in the third quarter of 2024.
