Exterior Nearing Completion at One Flagler
Construction is moving along at One Flagler, a new office tower in West Palm Beach. The exterior is nearly complete, and crews are working on the interior. The 25-story building will feature 270,000 square feet of flexible office space, and a 4,100 square feet signature restaurant at 134 Lakeview Avenue. The Class A office building will extend the Flagler waterfront greenbelt with 1.25 acres of green space. Building amenities will include a fitness center, bicycle storage and valet and self-parking.
