Dev Lands $114.8M Loan for 2-Building Industrial Project in Carneys Point
Developer, , has just secured a $114.8 million loan for a 2-building, industrial warehouse project, going up at 37 Forest Lane in Carneys Point, New Jersey. Issued by Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, this influx of capital will help to fund construction costs.
Designed by , with serving as the general contractor, the development will be known as "Rockefeller Group Logistics Center at Carneys Point".
Building A will span 530,000 square feet, featuring 118 loading dock doors, 206 trailer parking spaces, and 295 employee parking spaces.
Building B will total 596,443 square feet, featuring 127 loading dock doors, 122 trailer parking spaces, and 363 employee parking spaces.
Both buildings will feature 40-foot interior ceiling clearances, 50' X 54' column spacing, 4 drive-in doors, 10,000 square feet of office space, and an ESFR fire sprinkler system. Building A is expected to complete in Q1 of 2025 with Building B to finish shortly after in Q2 of 2025. The 141-acre property sits just 2.5 miles from I-295, allowing for easy transportation and logistics.
