Exterior Work Almost Finished for Brooklyn Tower
Workers at the 540 Fulton Street development in Downtown Brooklyn are wasting no time in trying to finish the project. The 498-foot tall tower's facade work is nearly complete, and only trim pieces in certain spots still need to be added. The mixed-use project is being developed by Jenel Management and constructed by Pav-Lak Contracting Inc.
540 Fulton was designed by Marvel Architects, and it will contain 327 residential units, as well as 22,054 square feet of retail space. The building totals 330,000 square feet and stands 43-stories tall.
