Exterior Work Nearly Complete for Bryant St. Phase 1
Exterior work is wrapping up for the the Bryant Street mixed-use development. The project will include 487-units along with around 250,000 square feet of retail space. Amenities on-site will include two courtyards and a rooftop pool. Bryant Street also features an activated plaza with retail that connects to Metropolitan Branch Trail and the new pedestrian bridge with access to the Rhode Island Avenue Metro station.
