FAA Issues Permits for Edgewater 60-Story Residential Tower
Aimco has received tower crane permits for Hamilton on the Bay II. The FAA has authorized two cranes, standing at 757 and 759 feet, for the purpose of developing the tower. Hamilton on the Bay II is planned to rise 649 feet.
Upon completion, the mixed-use, 60-story tower will yield 241 residential units, a 380-space parking garage, and 4,696 square feet of restaurant space.
