FAA Permits Filed for 57-Story Miami Tower
Plans have been submitted to the FAA by Lions Group NYC for the development of M Tower. M Tower, which has received city approval, is planned to rise 57-stories, 605 feet above ground. The Tower will require construction cranes reaching 705 feet high, which will be needed from March 1, 2023 to December 1, 2024.
Upon development, M Tower will yield 675 residential units, 10,531 square feet of ground floor retail space, and 694 parking spaces.
