Facade Install Advancing for Cambridge Lab
Erland Construction in collaboration with Jacobs is advancing facade install at 101 Smith Place within The Quad in Cambridge. The 215,000sf lab-ready building has been designed to meet LEED Gold Certification. The ground level will consist of an entry lobby, a PH neutralization room, recycling area, a security/leasing office, office/laboratory areas, restrooms, and a fitness center. Levels two and three are typical office/laboratory floors. The project is scheduled to be completed in the 4th quarter of 2023.
