Facade Install Wrapping Up for Amazon's First Seaport Office Building
Facade install is nearly complete for Amazon’s first Seaport office building on block L4. The 17-story building features 430,000 square feet of office space overlooking the Seaport District’s future Harbor Square public park plus 81,000 square feet of retail space. Feldman is this surveyor of record for WS Development and is currently providing critical facade layout for Metro Glass. In January, WS Development announced that Amazon had agreed to lease 630,000 square feet of office space in a 2nd seaport building on Block L5.
