Facade Installation Wrapping Up for 30-Story Mixed-Use Tower in Gravesend
Manan Raval, a partner at Hatfield Group, has shared new photos showing that facade work has nearly wrapped up for a 30-story, mixed-use tower project, going up at 2230 Cropsey Avenue in Gravesend, Brooklyn.
Developed by , the building is set to contain rental apartments. Tenant amenities are to include a swimming pool, a roof terrace, a lounge, a fitness center, a bike storage area, and an enclosed, vehicle parking garage.
Plans also call for 28,290 square feet of community space, which will be composed of an ambulatory care facility and a daycare center.
Designed by , with serving as the general contractor, the structure stands feet tall and totals square feet. Construction is expected to finish sometime in early 2024.
