Updated Renderings Revealed for 30-Story Mixed-Use Tower in Gravesend
Updated renderings have been revealed for a 30-story, mixed-use tower project, going up at 2230 Cropsey Avenue in Gravesend, Brooklyn.
Developed by and known as "The Shoreline", the building is set to contain rental apartments. Tenant amenities are to include a swimming pool, a roof terrace, a lounge, a fitness center, a bike storage area, and an enclosed, vehicle parking garage.
Plans also call for 28,290 square feet of community space, which will be composed of an ambulatory care facility and a daycare center.
Designed by , with serving as the general contractor, the structure stands feet tall and totals square feet. Construction is expected to finish sometime in early 2024.
