Facade Work in Progress for 13-story NoMad Commercial Building
General contractor, , is in the process of installing facade materials on a topped-out, 13-story commercial mixed-use project, located at 1162 Broadway in Manhattan's NoMad neighborhood.
Developed by 1162 Broadway LLC, the building will feature square feet of Class-A office space, as well as square feet of retail space, which will be occupied by a restaurant.
Designed by , the structure stands feet tall and totals square feet. It has been designed with a pre-war aesthetic in order to help it blend into the surrounding Madison Square North Historic District. Construction is currently behind schedule, but work on 1162 Broadway will likely finish sometime within the year.
