Facade Work Underway at 139 Bowery
General contractor, , is now installing facade materials on a 14-story mixed-use building, at 139 Bowery on Manhattan's Lower East Side. Developed by , the topped out structure will contain apartment units.
In addition to residential space, 139 Bowery will contain almost 20,000 sqft of retail on its lower floors. Designed by , the structure is set to stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction is expected to wrap up by early next year.
