Facade Work Wrapping Up at 1510 Broadway
Project developer and general contractor, , is wrapping up the facade installation process for an 8-story, mixed-use project, going up at 1510 Broadway in Brooklyn's Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood.
The building is being developed in partnership with the East Brooklyn Housing Development Corporation and is set to contain affordable housing units. The structure will also have square feet of retail space, located on the ground floor.
Designed by , 1510 Broadway stands approximately feet tall and totals square feet. The structure has been sustainably engineered in pursuance of Enterprise Green Communities and LEED certifications.
Measuring square feet, the irregularly shaped project site is bound by Hancock Street, Broadway, and Saratoga Avenue. Construction is anticipated to finish by the fall of 2024.
