Facade Work Wraps Up at 312 West 43rd Street
General contractor, Triton Construction Company, is wrapping up the facade installation process at the site of a 33-story, mixed-use tower project, going up 312 West 43rd Street in Manhattan's Hells Kitchen neighborhood.
The ground floor remains the only part of the structure yet to receive glass and curtainwall trim pieces.
Developed by , the building is set to contain rental apartments and square feet of retail space.
The building is being constructed on a through-lot, which spans between 42nd and 43rd Street. The development consists of a 33-story tower section and a shorter 7-story section, connected at the base via a one-story podium.
Designed by , 312 West 43rd Street stands feet tall and totals square feet. Construction is estimated to finish by mid-2024.
