First Wall Going Up at Tri-County 75
A crane is on site lifting the first wall into place at Tri-County 75. The campus is comprised of five buildings totaling 800,000 square feet. Ferguson will occupy part of a 404,200 square foot cross-dock building, the first of its kind in Southwest Florida. The building will be delivered September 1, 2023. The site is prominently located at the intersection of I-75 and Luckett Road with excellent highway visibility and traffic counts exceeding 95,000 cars per day.
