Fit-Out Underway for Lidl at Upton Place
A permit has been pulled to begin work on the fit-out of the Lidl grocery store coming to Upton Place. The project includes alterations to the sales floor, office, and restrooms for the 25,000+ square foot space. When complete the Upton Place development will include 689 multifamily residences atop 105,000 square feet of prime retail space. The project is set to deliver in Q4 2023.
