Former Landmark to be Converted into 262-unit Multifamily
Former site of the Arva Motor Hotel on Arlington Boulevard, new plans call for a 262 unit multifamily building with 3,000 sf of retail. Shooshan Development acquired the existing Days Inn Hotel, and plans an eight story building with an underground garage, an open courtyard, a fitness area, and an outdoor pool.
