Foundation construction underway at Dudley Square’s Melnea Hotel and Residences
Excavation and concrete pouring are underway at the 1.3-acre Melnea Hotel and Residences site in Roxbury’s Dudley Square in order to construct the foundations of two new buildings. The Melnea Hotel and Residences project will construct a six-story, 108-room Marriott Residence Inn hotel and a six-story, 50-unit apartment building on a long-vacant parcel at the corner of Melnea Cass Boulevard and Washington Street.
