Foundation Permit Approved For Namdar Towers in Miami
On February 28th Miami's Building Department revealed a foundation approved status on the 222 project being planned at 222 Northeast 1 St Avenue in Miami, Fl. The project is also known as the Namdar Towers.
The project will feature two towers offering 1,394 apartments, 7,984 square feet of retail space and over 300 parking spaces.
Tree and demolition permits still remain pending.
