Foundation Poured for Tribeca Residential Building
A 10-story residential building is under construction at 75 West Broadway in Manhattan's Tribeca neighborhood. General contractor, First Standard Construction now has the concrete foundation poured, which indicates that the build process is officially kicking off.
Developed by Cape Advisors, the 55,000 square foot building will contain 23 residential units and about 9,700 square feet of retail. Some units on the upper floors will offer outdoor terrace spaces. The structure was designed by BKSK Architects and will boast a timeless brick facade, combining historic styling elements with modern design trends.
