New Renderings for Astoria Residential Development
Renderings have been unveiled for 30-77 Vernon Boulevard, a three-structure residential development in Astoria, Queens. The project, which sits on the banks of the East River, is being developed by Cape Advisors and was designed by architectural firm, Fogarty Finger.
At this point in time, the project is well under construction. Upon completion, the buildings will total 522,000 sqft and contain a combined 534 residential units.
30-77 Vernon Boulevard has a long list of amenities for its future occupants. Residents will enjoy a rooftop pool deck, a fitness center, multiple lounges, and both outdoor and indoor coworking spaces. As a perk of its location, it will also offer fantastic views of Manhattan, directly across the river.
Construction began in 2019 and is projected to cost $225 million. Work is expected to finish in early 2022, with an opening date not long after.
