Foundation Work on 26-story New Rochelle Tower Underway
500 Main Street, a 26-story tower in New Rochelle, is starting to take shape with construction still in the foundational stages. Plans call for a 23,000 sqft church on the ground floor, 462 rental units, and a little over 2,000 of retail spaces.
