Foundation Work Underway for Lowell Mixed-Use Project
Foundation work is underway for the upcoming, 2 building, mixed-use project on lots 8 & 9 on Lowell's Canal Street. The development will offer 125 mixed-income units along with 5,000 square feet of commercial space. The two buildings will be connected by a sky-bridge.
