Lowell Mixed-Income Community Receives $25.2M in Financing From MassHousing
WinnCompanies and MassHousing have closed on $25.2 in financing for the upcoming mixed-use project on parcels 8 & 9 in Lowell's Hamilton Canal Innovation District. The two-building project is set to include 125 apartments, including 54 new workforce housing units. The buildings will be linked by an enclosed sky bridge spanning Canal Street, a nod to Lowell’s history which will also complement the new signature bridge the city recently built over the Lower Pawtucket Canal.
