Framing and Interior Work Underway on Providence Emblem 125
East Coast Interiors has joined the project team on Emblem 125 as interior work commences on the under-construction development.
Exeter Property Group is constructing a mixed-use project on Parcel 28 in Providence's Innovation District that includes 248 residential units and approximately 22,700-SF of retail space. The project broke ground in October of 2020 and is expected to be complete in the summer of 2022. Project architects are Torti Gallas and ZDS.
