Framing Ongoing for Largo Multifamily
CCG Residential Construction has reported significant progress on The Aura multi-family development located in Prince George’s County. All building foundations have been completed along with all stair and elevator shafts. The 419-spot parking garage is fully erected and recent design changes have tripled the number of electric vehicle charging stations. Wood framing has significantly progressed to the upper floors on more than half of the building and roofing is scheduled to start in early January. Upon completion, The Aura will feature 379 units along with a pool, 24-hour fitness center, resident lounge, dog park, and pet spa.
