Framing Quickly Rising for Blvd and Bond Apts at Arsenal Yards
Steel framing is rapidly progressing for the Blvd & Bond Apartments at Arsenal Yards in Watertown. The residential portion of the development will feature 425 apartments with a host of resident amenities including a roof deck. Leasing is expected to begin in Summer 2020 with the first move ins Fall 2020.
Elsewhere on the project, the first phase of retail stores are now open including updated Old Navy and Shake Shack. Wood framing also ongoing for the upcoming 145-room Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton.
