Framing Reaching Height at Under-Construction One Boynton in Somerville
is nearing a topping off of 808 Windsor Street in Somerville as vertical construction continues on the project. Nicknamed "One Boynton," the second phase of development calls for a 168-foot high rise featuring SF of lab/life science space, 9,500 SF of ground-floor retail, and 242 underground parking spaces. The project also includes a 22,360 SF civic park.
