Framing Rising for The Iris
Framing is rising for The Iris, the first building within the DCHA headquarters redevelopment project in NoMa. The 13-story building will feature 430 units, a fitness center, a rooftop pool, and two levels of below-grade parking. The land associated with Phases 2 and 3 of the development, is currently occupied by DCHA’s headquarters and will be leased back to them for approximately 42 months after which time these parcels can be put into development.
