Framing Underway on 9-Unit Brown University Multifamily
Framing and electrical outfitting is underway on 130 Waterman Street on Providence's College Hill. A new 4-story multifamily building in development by Brown University, 130 Waterman Street will feature 9 units, each with 1,100 SF of space. Pre-leasing is underway and residents are expected to move in September 1st.
