General Contractor Lead Selected For Grand Hyatt Miami Beach
Developers, Turnberry and Terra Group have selected Balfour Beatty Construction as their general contractor for the Grand Hyatt Miami Beach project at 1701 Convention Center Drive in Miami Beach, FL. The project will feature a 17-story, 800-room hotel. Early site construction is underway with vertical construction planned to start soon. The developers hope for construction to finish by 2025.
