Site Prep Begins for Grand Hyatt Miami Beach
Permits have been pulled to install a construction fence at the site of the upcoming Grand Hyatt Miami Beach with construction expected to kick off in early 2023. The new hotel will include 800 hotel rooms, 90,000 square feet of indoor meeting/conference space, plus 10,000 square feet of outdoor space. There will also be 5 food and beverage outlets, 2 pools, a gym, a Grand Hyatt club lounge, and 320 parking spaces in the project.
