BXP Begins Construction on 121 Broadway in Kendall Square
During the 1st Quarter results announcement, Boston Properties announced that construction has commenced on 121 Broadway in Kendall Square. The 37-story tower will offer 439 apartments and upon completion will be the tallest building in Cambridge. The project is adjacent to BXP’s life science projects currently under construction at 290 and 300 Binney Street.
