New York-based Blackstone has acquired the W Fort Lauderdale for $97.65 million according to Broward County records. The property was acquired from Related Companies. The 19-story property offers 346 guest rooms. Located along Fort Lauderdale Beach, the property includes 18 event rooms with 34,934 square feet of space. Amenities include a pool, fitness center, and spa, along with six restaurants.
