Glenarden Retail Sites for $15.5M
Las Vegas-based Krausz Companies has acquired the properties at 9500 Ruby Lockhart Boulevard & 2027, 2029 and 2031 Saint Josephs Drive in Glenarden, MD for a total of $15.5M. The sites total 4.25 acres. Plans for Woodmore Commons call for 65,000 square feet of prime retail and restaurant space. Powerful brands have committed to Woodmore Commons, including Chick-fil-A, Arby’s, JPM Chase, Burger FI, and 7-11.
