Glover Hotel to Add Rooftop Bar and Restaurant
Georgetown, DC
The Seligman Group acquired the newly-renovated Glover Park Hotel in July of last year. They are proposing to add 2,233 sf space on the roof to create a new terrace in which they can relocate the garden bar and restaurant from the ground floor. Plans call for the replacement of one elevator in order to serve the new space.
