Rooftop Bar and Restaurant Approved for Glover Hotel
The Seligman Group acquired the newly-renovated Glover Park Hotel in July of last year. They have been approved to add 2,233 sf space on the roof to create a new terrace in which they can relocate the garden bar and restaurant from the ground floor. Plans call for the replacement of one elevator in order to serve the new space.
