Greystar Breaks Ground on 650+ Unit Everett Development, Announces Official Name
Greystar Real Estate Partners has broken ground on the 650-unit development at 85 Boston Street in Everett. During the groundbreaking, the firm officially announced the name of the development as "The Mason."
“The City of Everett has been a terrific partner at all stages of this project and The Mason will greatly contribute to the transformation of the surrounding industrial neighborhood into a walkable, welcoming district with vibrant retail and outdoor spaces,” said Gary Kerr, Managing Director for Greystar Development Services.
Part of a two-building development, the Mason will feature 306,000 SF of mixed-use multifamily space.
