Ground Broken at Affordable Housing Community in Miami
Developer and contractor Atlantic Pacific Companies has broken ground at Culmer Place, an affordable housing community in Miami, and construction is underway. The community will offer 239 one- to five-bedroom apartments contained in a seven-story building on a 13.7-acre site. The residences will be made available to those making 30 to 80 percent of the area median income. Community amenities will include a pool, fitness center, club room and computer room. Completion is expected in early 2025.
