Groundbreaking Held at East Tampa Commerce Center

Developer Graham & Company, along with contractor Arco Murray, held the groundbreaking ceremony at East Tampa Commerce Center. Graham & Company had purchased the land for $5 million with plans for a new speculative distribution center that will offer 262,440 square feet of space. Graham took out a $23.75 million mortgage with Truist Bank according to Hillsborough County records. East Tampa Commerce Center will include three warehouses ranging from 85,000 to 91,440 square feet. The new center will be adjacent to the Palm River Center industrial area, which includes a building acquired by Graham & Company along with the parcel of land for the new development. The location, just off US 301, is convenient to I-4, I-75 and the Selmon Expressway.
