Groundbreaking Scheduled For 100-Story Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Residences
Developers have announced the groundbreaking date for the 1,049 supertall structure will be October 27, 2022. The Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Residences, located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami will rise to 100 floors with an attached 10-story parking structure. Plans include a restaurant, retail, and office space along with 360 condominiums and a 205-room hotel.
