300 West Update 07/23/21

Harlem Residential Project Gains its Facade

Facade work is nearly complete for a new residential building at 300 West 122nd Street in Harlem. The building, to be known simply as 300 West, is being developed by Happy Living Development and will contain 170 luxury condo units. Happy Living is also the general contractor responsible for the project's construction.

In its unit count, the 13-story development will contain 71 single, 51 double, and 13 triple bedroom condos. It will also have 4 four-bedroom units, and 31 studios. Residential space will make up 186,407 sqft of the building's total 198,537 sqft.

Issac & Stern Architects is the architect behind 300 West, and all the interior space has been designed by Paris Forino. The building's many amenities will include a 3,000 sqft rooftop terrace, fitness center, library, lap pool, sauna, child's playroom, lounge, courtyard, and private parking.

300 West's location is desirable as it sits just a short walk from Columbia University to the west, and Central Park to the south. The building will also have a rear entrance on West 121st Street, making for easy entry on either side. Construction is expected to complete sometime next year.
