Hebrew Senior Life Planning Redevelopment of Coolidge Corner Property
Hebrew Senior Life is proposing to develop the properties at 108 Centre Street and 120 Centre Street for independent living apartments for seniors. The two sites are located in close proximity to the Coolidge Corner and are adjacent to the Brookline Senior Center. The redevelopment proposal currently involves the construction of an all-affordable 45-unit apartment building at 108 Centre Street dedicated to seniors and a market-rate 80-100 unit apartment building at 120 Centre Street, also dedicated to seniors.
