Hemenway Construction Wrapping up Work on Historical Back Bay Renovation
The Hemenway Construction team has reached substantial completion on the renovation of the historic Back Bay property at 232 Clarendon Street. All finishes are in and the contractors are performing punch lists while awaiting final inspections. The brownstone has been transformed into office space for Century 21 CitySide and 2 luxury residences. The project allowed Hemenway Construction to demonstrate their expertise in handling the unique needs that historic restoration projects present along with their understanding of the challenges of working in the Back Bay.
