Century 21 Cityside Opens New HQ In Historic Back Bay Brownstone
Century 21 Cityside just completed an extensive restoration of 232 Clarendon Street, originally built in 1871. The Bray Family, owners of Century 21 Cityside, purchased the building in January 2021. They undertook a 2-year modernization of this classic brownstone with Hemenway Construction. The first two levels are occupied by the Real Estate firm with 44 years of experience serving the Back Bay, and the upper three levels are two luxury residential apartments.
