Herndon Development Site Trades for $18.25M
Fairfield Residential has acquired the property at 555 Herndon Parkway for $18,250,000 from Penzance. Fairfield will partner with Sumitomo Forestry Co., Tokyo Tatemono Co., and Chuo-Nittochi Co., Ltd. to develop an eight-floor, 400-unit multi-family residential rental building on the site. Construction is scheduled to begin in April 2024 and leasing of finished sections will begin in phases starting February 2026.
