Hines Acquires Downtown DC Office for $60M
Hines has acquired the trophy office property located at 1050 17th St. NW for $59,812,500. Hines also announced the signing of a new tenant for the building, Davis Polk & Wardwell, who will lease 82,000 square feet. The LEED Gold building features over 150,000 square feet of office space plus 88 spaces of garage parking. The building is prominently situated less than two blocks from the Orange and Blue Metro Lines (Farragut West) as well as the Red Line (Farragut North). Amenities include a rooftop lounge and fitness center with yoga studio.
